Emma brings nearly 12 years of dedicated service at Campania ARBD Care Home to her role as Care Home Manager. After a successful career at Lloyd’s Banking, Emma followed her passion for helping others, earning an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. These qualifications highlight her commitment to providing exceptional care and effective leadership.
In her previous role as Senior Support Worker, Emma excelled in leadership and compliance, ensuring that care practices were tailored to meet each resident’s unique needs and preferences. Her hands-on approach empowers her team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, making sure every resident feels heard and respected.
