One-to-One Support at Campania

At Campania ARBD Care Home in Weston-super-Mare, every resident is supported by a dedicated Key Worker who provides regular one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.

We understand the importance of quality time and meaningful support, so empower residents to choose how they spend this valuable time. This could include going shopping, applying for jobs, bidding for housing, attending appointments, going for a walk, accessing community activities or simply having someone to talk things through with. As part of our holistic approach, we also provide one-to-one therapeutic support as well as group therapeutic sessions, helping residents build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Through regular meetings with their Key Worker, residents are encouraged to discuss their care preferences and the support they would like from us. Each resident sets a personal goal to achieve over a six-month period, and we work alongside them every step of the way to help turn those goals into reality.
